In full time practice since 1984, Anny is offering one-on-one in person consultations, telephone consultations and sessions at a distant (called surrogate sessions) as well as courses in Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Energy Healing Techniques and Complementary Therapies.

Anny also runs two of Canada's most respected training facilities - the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta, one of the longest established hypnosis and hypnotherapy schools in North America, as well as Founder and Director of the Reiki Training Centre of Canada.
Understanding and practicing hypnosis and hypnotherapy in all its forms and applications, Anny Slegten’s healing and services are valuable and diverse, helping her clients resolve whatever they want to resolve, be it in this life or in a life prior to this one (also called past life regression), and achieve peace of mind.
